Cannot build on Windows XP

I am now getting the following errors(at end) when I try to build on
Windows XP Pro. As you can see the paths are wrong, as they are
relative to the current directory and the path delimiter is wrong, any
ideas on where WO gets this on Windows? Running 5.2.3

I know XP is not supported, but has anyone got it to work?
