Kieran,

Not sure if you are referring to a WOComponent class, or a general java file that is just one component of a WO application.

For the latter, you can check out the following locations:
/Developer/ProjectTypes/JavaWebObjectsApplication.projectType/ Resources/English.lproj/projectTemplate/java.template (and others in similar paths)


You will also find a bunch of stuff in the System folder, such as the following example:
/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/EOModelWizard.framework/Versions/A/ Resources
