Hi Dave,

What source control are you using? Watch out for cvs that does not
handle UTF-8 correctly.

For Xcode if you do a get info on your file you there is an option
there for file encoding. It is probably set to "not specified" set it
to "UTF-8" it will ask you if you want to convert, convert it. Check
the file and fix it if necessary. It should now work. You need to
repeat the operation for each file. I know it is a pain but I don't
know of any other.
