Servlets and JSP may be moving forward (that's debatable) but they're
nowhere near WO. If you feel you're being too productive or want to
justify increasing your staff and budget I'd say you should check out
servlets and JSP ;-)
If you are really sick of waiting for Apple to show some commitment to
WO and want to get off the proverbial sinking ship you might check out
Tapestry-Cayenne or WebWork-Hibernate or any combination thereof. If
you're unbiased/apolitical you might look into .NET. I've heard
several people comment that it is becoming comparable to WO/Cocoa.
I wish I were able to make the choice to stay with WO. It really is
amazing how far ahead of the pack NeXT/Apple was with WO and they still
have a sizable lead.
