Reinstalling WO in Windows (was RE: Newbie question: adding EOModel to project)

Tried uninstalling (via Add/Remove Programs) WO and then reinstalling
5.2. ProjectBuilder just hangs on the splash screen and OpenBaseManager
doesn't seem to be there at all.
Any advice? Using the uninstaller didn't seem to completely clean all
traces of WO off after reboot, so maybe the first thing is to ask if
anyone can point me toward how to do a clean uninstall.
