How did you 'switch off the cache' previously?
If you just put the resources into place (the new .wo directories),
and then stop-and-start the application, your new HTML will be there.
There's no need to actually recompile the app. But, I think you are
looking for a way to do this without needing to stop-and-restart the
app. There might be some clever way to do this, but I'm not sure.
But you say you 'switched off the cache' in 4.5, and I'm not sure
what you mean by this or how you did it; it might provide a clue as
to how to do it in newer versions.

several of them].

So I have some GUI people who want to make changes to the interface

Is there a way of letting the running instance know of these changes
without going into monitor ?
Previously we switched off the cache and rebuilt the entire
application from project builder. This resulted in the html changes
we desired but that was version 4.5 and prior. We are now using
4.5.1 (phew) and its running on a Windows 2000 advanced server
platform. It doesn't seem to affect the deployed copy now.
Any ideas?
