Reading entity values in WO web application after D2J client upgrades

I am building a D2J application which update some entity in a main WO
web application. The problem is that after the D2J application has made
some upgrades, when one reloads in the browser the component page which
display the entity values, one sees yet the old values.
I think that the WO web application read the eo objects values in the
cache.
The only way I have to display the update values is to restart the WO
web application which obviously is'not the correct manner.
There are some options in the model in order to change such behaviour,
or other hints ?
