You can set this in the preferences of EOModeler. But I've never seen
that work, at least since 4.01. :-(
If there is no PB.Project etc, then you will need to copy the entity
into the main EOModel. You need to drag it in, not copy the .plist
file or the index.eomodel will not get updated. Also double check
that the database type is JDBC and the URL is correct.
