Even if Mr. Chwang isn't the right person, if he gets a bunch of people
calling him on the phone asking about WO and the Enterprise Market, he
might try to get the right person involved, or maybe point people who
call him to the right person.
It's relatively easy to ignore a flood of emails, but a barrage of
phone calls and voicemails (not from the same person!) is a little
harder to ignore, imo.

Just wanted to point out that Mr Chwang is a regional sales rep for

The guys we want to reach is much higher up in the corporate
hierarchy...
The marketing director for WO Mr Bob Fraser said to me that he gets
all the mail sent to email@hidden so that is maybe a place to
start. However, I don4t know anybody who actually got an answer from
that address....is there?

I just saw this as part of a post on Macslash.org:
"If you need help with Apple in the Enterprise, you can call Apple's
Enterprise Account Rep Alan Chwang directly at 408-974-6481."
Just thought some of the people posting about the future of WO might
consider calling Mr. Chwang directly. Either his voicemail will fill
up pretty quickly, or he (or his Admin) could get pretty busy
fielding calls about WO. Either way, before dialing that number, it
would be good if you had some intelligent bullet points to discuss or
leave as a message.
