Hola tod@s!
First of all, let me say that I am not jumping out of this "little"
boat. However, I know there are other alternatives, as I'd learned from
whom I consider "the Mexican expert on WO/EOF":
- Eclipse as IDE
- JBoss for application server/container/etc (type weblogic)
- Hibernate for persistency (type EOF)
- Tapestry for interfaz (type WebObjects for the web).
- plugins of JBoss, Tapestry and Hibernate for Eclipse
If you add MySQL in the back-end you have a complete suit for $0.
Secondly, let me answer a nice question which was settled
below/somewhere :
I arrived in WO because of NeXT... which, by the way, was not
advertised anywhere.
Finally, I hope CoreData will become a reality... I'd been waiting for
it since NeXT buy Apple.
Yours sincerely,
Dino
