Looks like a bug - hard coded OSX path name - not the
$NEXT_ROOT/Library/... one would expect on Solaris (assuming NEXT_ROOT
is /opt/Apple and not blank)

I have search though the the files in the app and our frameworks but
can find the string "PropertyList.dtd" in any of them.
Any ideas?
