Harry,
I could be wrong, but it sounds like you're getting an error page
(stack trace) when you submit the form.
If it is an error page, those lines will help you figure out what's
going wrong. Look at it carefully -- usually it will tell you on what
line in your code it's encountering an error, and what went wrong.
