It's nice to include OpenBase because it contains databases that are
used in WO examples that you might want to run at some time.
Another approach to preventing OpenBase from being started during boot
is to create a directory, /Library/StartupItems/.Inactive and move
/Library/StartupItems/OpenBase into that directory. Then when you want
to start OpenBase, move /Library/StartupItems/.Inactive to
/Library/StartupItems and at a shell prompt, enter:
sudo SystemStarter start OpenBase
