The behavior of the browser when treating downloadable file types is
dictated by the mime type of the download and the configuration of the
browser helper applications. Most people don't change the default
configuration so if a zip file is downloaded it will display the message you
want. Same with PDFs or Word Docs. If they are using IE on Windows, IE may
display the Word doc directly - same with PDFs.
