I can't answer your formatting question but I can help you here:

ps: what is correct English
i really dont understand ... or
i dont really understand ...

They are both correct, but the meanings are subtly different and probably open to individual interpretation. To me, "I really don't understand" conveys that I'm totally confused on the issue in question, whereas " I don't really understand" means that I have a general understanding but am confused on certain points.


Now we will probably hear from someone who sees it in the exact opposite way. :)
