Where does the timestamp information come from?

  • Subject: Where does the timestamp information come from?

Hi,

i am using timestamps in my app for quite a while.
A few days ago the app started to set the timestamp one hour delayed. i.e it is 16:30 and it puts 15:30 in the timstamp.
I am using the right timezone.

The App is not on my server, so i thought maybe the internal clockj of the server is wrong.

Where does timestamp get its information from? From the Servers clock, or somewhere else?

Thanks in advance

Christian Telepski
