At least one more Mac GUI to CVS is also available. The one we use here is called MacCVS, and is available at http://www.wincvs.org/. Yes, that's the right URL. I think there is another product also called MacCVS, so be careful googling. The one I use is at www.wincvs.org, and I've been happy with it.

There's also a Windows GUI available at that URL (unsurprisingly), which is similar but not identical to the Mac GUI.

I like this product because all the command line text for all CVS commands executed by the GUI is displayed in a console window, where you can enter your own CVS command lines too, which in some special cases is more convenient than the GUI.

And of course, ProjectBuilder/XCode has a CVS client built in too, but I haven't played with it.

We use CVS and the Mac GUI for it, CVL. We have had our CVS repository

don't have to use OS X Server, Client is fine, but we had space and a

native support for cvl.

Here is a ling for Concurrent Versions Librarian the Mac GUI for CVS
<http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/997>. VersionTracker
has a number of CVS setup GUI tools, too.

And is there a Mac based version control application? Not unix/linux.

Thanks.
