Group,
I apologize for placing this on the development web list but you folks
have helped me many times over the last months answering WO questions
and in a sense I'd like to return the favor by giving an opportunity
for someone to join a rather interesting project. Hopefully, more than
just one opportunity will blossom down the road.
Needed: Individual contributor to join team building an Apple
WebObjects-based enterprise. The system will have web-page access,
custom Java client access, and a several-hundred-million record
database with large amounts of daily activity.
In particular, the candidate must have detailed knowledge and
experience with the intricacies of the Enterprise Object Framework and
its application for use with WebObjects' Web Applications and
WebObjects' Java-Client Applications. Experience with tools;
EOModeler, Interface Builder, WebObjects Builder, and Xcode necessary.
Java expertise mandatory. Relational database knowledge mandatory.
Database expertise with MySQL, Oracle, Openbase, or FrontBase a plus.
Development meetings are in the San Francisco Bay Area and remote
access would be difficult so Bay Area residence is preferred.
I'm out of town through next Sunday so you will not hear from me until
next week. Please respond by email with "WEBOBJECTS POSITION" in the
subject.
I am NOT a head hunter. I do not want to hear from head hunters. I am
a professional with several decades of large system implementation
experience (and I have WO experience) so please please please do not
waste my time. I want to hear from you if YOU are personally qualified
and motivated to engage an extremely interesting project.
Again, sorry for the intrusion into a technical forum.
Kent
