Yes. There is JDBC support for Oracle. My DBA, though, still likes to use
her tool of choice, ERWin for management of the database.

The one thing that EOModler does not provide is support for table
documentation and history reporting. But we work through this by letting
her use ERWin (as if anyone LETS a DBA do something) and then the lead
developer maintains the EOModel. So changes get made twice, but it works
for us. At least it keeps the peace.

There is no reason that EOModeler could not fill all your needs for
creating and maintaining the schemas for Oracle, though.
