Project Builder - Coloring Syntax On A Windows OS

Hi Guys,
Quick question... how can I get around the problem of project builder on a Windows OS loosing it's colour syntax?
I often find that when I go to a .java file to edit it or if I paste a piece of code in or even remove a bit of code, everything or part of the .java file will loose the colouring syntax and end up with plain note pad text as you see here. There's no real pattern to how or when it happens, it just seems to happen at random.
I'm prsuming this is a known bug, if so is there a workaround.
Kind regards
Jonathan :^)
