We just went through testing this configuration due to a client ordering XP.

XP almost works out of the box. The one thing we had trouble with was that
IIS does not create a Scripts virtual directory by default on XP. We also
have had trouble in the past with WebObjects not always liking Windows style
shortened paths in the WEBOBJECTS_JAVA_EXTENSIONS environment variable, so
we always retype that path manually.

Enjoy,
Brian
