Thanks for all the answer I received.
It's nice to have our small community so helpful.

The problem was : IIS on doesn't activate the virtual directory "scripts" by
default.
Just create the virtual directory and it solve the problem. The IIS adaptor
(.dll) seems working fine and the .exe as well.

The Java path didn't caused me any problem. I always take care to install an
international version of the jdk to avoid those ".woo" encoding problems.

So even if Windows XP is not a supported platform, XP/Eclipse 3/WoLips/SLQ2K
works very well so far. We do need to develop on Windows because our others
tools are Windows only.
Just missing EOModeler and DTW... But we have Mac OS X around for those
tasks and since Eclipse 3/WOLips seems started to works very well on OS X,
we're not loosing our environment (Xcode never really been an option for
us)...
