After digging through all the shell scripts and figuring out what I was
doing wrong. What I ended up doing was adding all the source and
resources to the ShoeBox target, when I should have been adding it to
the Application Server target. It was too early in the morning! Thank
you Chuck for your help.

because I created a brand new project last night and imported all the
source, so everything should have been set correct. I will just keep
adding these lines until I figure it out.
