killing running instance on WebServer... don't want to die ?

Testing deployment of my WOApp 'OnVisit.woa on my local system
I am using Monitor without any problem....
an instance is running : 'onVisit-1' at 'kermac.local:2002'
I stop it, the restart...
after a bug.. I stopped it again,(it's now OFF) modified the source and re-installed the WOApp on the Webserver...
but if I try to Start again I get an, error message
kermac.local: onVisit-1 cannot be started because port 2002 is still in use
Why is it still in use ? Is there anyway to 'kill' or shut this port....
is there any utility to list OS X port in use and shut down some ports ???
