Yes. The differentiating factor being the lack of <html> and <body>
tags.

is there any way you can provide an index from your book about the
specific topics you cover?

electronic version of the index from the publisher. But just buy it.
It will be well worth your money. *I* use it. It will save you a ton
of time! No, I'm not just trying to make money. We are so very far
away from getting royalties.
