Yea - I decided to do that actually. I am using one flattened join for my quick list of users for a portfolio and then specific handling of everything else.

I've done so, but EOModeler will only flatten across two entities. You'll need to very carefully manually create the flattened relationships for the third entity using what EOModeler produced as a template.
