Permissions problem with the user that wotaskd is running as? Try
touch /var/log/logWebObjects
and then try hitting the app a few times. Then check
/var/log/WebObjects.log and see if there is anything informative in
there.

wotaksd should always be running
OK, so I started wotaskd by hand and then ran the app, but I still get
the
"App not found..." message.

wotaskd *does* need to be running. That is your problem. wotaskd
is
what looks at the /-1234/ in the url and sends the request to the
right
port. No wotaskd, no apps found. :-)
OK, so what do I need to do to get it to run when I choose "Run" or
"Build
and Run", whatever? Sorry, I know you're running Eclipse, but this
machine
is still on Xcode. Thanks Chuck.
