Do not upgrade to Tiger yet. On previous experience it takes the
WebObjects team a few days to get around to announcing that WebObjects
is not compatible with the new OS - yet. They might need to make a new
release of WebObjects.
This happened with 10.2 and 10.3.
It's possible that the release notes for the Tiger Betas carry a
warning to this effect, and since the only people who have access to
Tiger would also have read such notes they might feel that adequate
warning has been given
Of course this is pure speculation on my part
