Don't upgrate to 10.3.9!! SOLVED??

Hi, after I have upgraded the server to 10.3.9 the server was completely unusable, WOdeplyment broken, no AFP access, no opendirectory login... etc..
Installed again the upgrade using the combo upgrader, but non solved the issue...
Now, after a few hours the server is returned to funcion perfeclty....

??? i don't know why.... but is now ok...
