Hi,
After the upgrade of 10.3.9 server I wasn't able to run my WO applications neither to re-build them with XCode.
Also VersionCue from Adobe (which use tomcat) refused to launch saying " you need at least java 1.4.2 to use version cue).
After re-installing the Security update 2005-002Pan found on the previous post it worked again.
It seems the /Library/Java/Home link wasn't going to the right folder.
It should go to /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework/Versions/1.4.2/Home
But I cannot confirm.

But the main fault was mine : I forgot my moto:
"Do not install a patch released on a friday."
