All 4 sites have one alias "*" (which is default?)
On all sites there is only "performance cache" activated, all other settings are defaults.
The problems are:
1. When i enter any of the site names above it always starts the "default sites" application, not the requested one
Delete the '*' alias.
As for your other problem... Sorry, but your description was not clear enough for me to understand what was going on.

It works now. Everything should have such a easy solution.
The description in the manuals was not clear for this detail (i should have tested it anyway :-( )
