Nevermind.  It's my fault.  I started using an EOSharedEditingContext in
addition to already using the Wonder frameworks and I guess the
er.extensions.ERXRaiseOnMissingEditingContextDelegate property doesn't apply to
EOSharedEditingContexts?  Anyway, I set the delegate properly on the shared
editing context and everything is working again.  So there was really no
problem with the Properties file.
