Just make all those buttons available when one wants to customize
one's toolbar. And remake the buttons... So, defaults will look
nice and fitting and in line with the platform (although Tiger
looks a bit strange and inconsistent itself), and the users can
have all the buttons they want or not. In the way they want or
not. So, if it looks crappy, it is their own fault. :)
Why not just make these into palettes? Standard in many
applications (eg Photoshop, AppleWorks) and *drum roll* already in
WOBuilder (WOExtensions et al)
