Hi,

i have a small class (and made a sample project out of it) that reads a
properties file and merges the found properties into the system properties.
It is triggered by a timer and will update asynchronously your properties.

I always wanted to make it open source, so today is the day!

I will put it on my website www.bugs-and-errors.de later the day.

:-)
