Hi Virat,

I posted this to the Omni list a while ago:

Hi folks,

the other day I updated my postgresql db, including the jdbc driver. Sadly, DBEdit had a problem with the new driver. Carl Lindberg came up with the following simple solution: Add a "Java" dictionary like this

        <key>Java</key>
        <dict>
                <key>JVMVersion</key>
                <string>1.3+</string>
        </dict>

to DBEdit's Info.plist file. If available, it'll then use the 1.4.2 JVM which solves the issue. According to Carl the same should work for Oracle 10.

Again, thanks Carl!

regards

Fabian

Connecting To Oracle 9i Rel 2 database, through DBEdit 1.5 on Tiger i can get an alert message "java/sql/savepoint" . and then no data.

What could be the problem?

I can connect to database and view data using EOModeler

I copied Classes111 and Classes12 to my classpath.

Thanks

Virat
