Hello,
Just to inform everyone that after picking up the license key of my
xcode 2.1 and wo 5.3 box (in System - Library... License.key),
putting it on my single dir build configuration
(SERVLET_DEPLOY_LICENSE), allowed me to deploy my app on tomcat and
sun application server.
I think this is not legal, but it was only to know the technicals
possibilities.
So I think apple is not silly enough to not allow us to deploy on
others platforms.
Again, we can't deploy on xserv, for many reaons, the first is that
we have very large WO apps running on Sun Grid.
So even if we had to pay 5000$ to deploy WO on solaris, we will
follow. But get up Apple, give us something, cheaper that what I said
if possible :)
Again, to all those that was able to switch to Tapestry/cayenns.. You
are very brave. I'm a java coder/databaser modeler. I'm not a build
scripts writer.

Kuon,
My guess is, 5.3 deployment for OS X Server will be available very
soon...
The Apple engineers have made it clear here at the conference that
the EOModeler plugin for xcode is not fully functional yet - so
continuing to use EOModeler is a perfectly good plan.

Hello,
After trying to deploy a WO 5.3 app on Solariy with tomcat, it
throw an exception telling me that my license is not valid.
So I think that with deploy license, it will still be possible to
deploy WO on any JVM in servlet container.
Now, I don't know when the 5.3 licenses will be available, and
this sux because I blindly upgraded my main developpement box and
I have a project to deploy soon.
And if anybody can tell me how I can use the Xcode modeler?
Because I still use the old eomodeler. Because new one screw my
models.
