WOBuilder 5.3 - Problems With Binding Window?

Since upgrading, I'm seeing something funky in WOBuilder and I'm
curious if others are as well.
When I click on an element, say a WOString and then double-click in
space to the right of a binding, such as 'value', I get a blinking
cursor, like normal...
When I start typing, instead of taking input and presenting me with
an auto-complete like predictive text, it instead acts as if I had
selected just the WOString and overwrites that instead... I.e. when I
start typing in 'value', the entire WOString is removed and the text
input goes to the page instead of the value binding.
????
I can wire stuff up but I like to go by hand as well.
Anyone else see this?
