I have commented the <resource-ref> section in web.xml and now seems

Sounds like your connection dictionary is horked. try using emacs
etc on the index.eomodeled file and see if you can get it back
into shape.

Hi,
I just helped someone fix a connectivity issue with a 5.2.x
project migrated to 5.3. When attempting to connect to the
database, a class cast exception was thrown. This was causing by
something in the connection dictionary. Deleting the jdbc2info
key from the connection dictionary fixed the problem.
Has anyone else seen this?
