In my personal opinion...
GUI must simplify and accelerate the developer process...
Also I often write HTML and WOD code myself,...
We are programmers, ok....
But I work (and think also you) with graphic and web designers,...
that sometimes doesn't know very well the HTML code, because they use
Adobe GoLive, that is very powerful and easy to use.
Adobe GoLive opens WebObjects HTML files very well, with the
exception on some dynamic elements (a single table cell <TD> dynamic
id an example), and you can adjust your design very friendly.
My suggestion is.. start with Adobe GoLive, make dinamic with
WOBuilder (writing or not manually the tags), then refine with Golive...
I also remember that an old version of GoLive fully supported WO
(version 4), but was unusable... in that year WO was build for OS X
1.2 ... and GoLive only for os 8.5-9
and won't run in the bluebox enviroment.
In my opinion Apple should boost WOBuider. Apple can do it. See as
FinalCut destroyed Premiere :=)
Best Regards
