IB loads palettes when launched, so maybe this behavior is due
to /Developer/Palettes/EnterpriseObjects.palette. You could try
removing this palette temporarily until you determine whether it adds
these files to nibs.
It's extremely annoying Apple doesn't have an Uninstaller like they
do Installer. It's a piece of cake to put anything on your system,
but to take some things off practically requires a reinstall.
Because of preinstall and postinstall scripts, it can be
difficult to uninstall correctly. However, for WO 5.2, there is /
System/Library/WebObjects/WO52Uninstall.pkg. Maybe there just hasn't
been enough time yet for Apple to build WO53Uninstall.pkg.
The simplest approach might be to uninstall Xcode 2.1 with the
included Perl script then reinstall Xcode 2.1 without the optional
WebObjects install.
