Actually, we all have Macs and we have converted from XCode for WO development to a pure Eclipse / WOLips environment. From a management perspective I have seen at least a 20% producivity increase using Eclipse over XCode, let alone better quality code!

XCode is still about 50% of the product that Eclipse is when it comes to an IDE for Java development. The only note I'll make though is that Eclipse IS more memory hungry and cpu intensive than XCode (my developers all have dual G4/G5 w/ 2-3 GB of memory).

If you ARE running in a dual environment (Windows and Mac) then Eclipse really is the only choice..
