java 1.4.2_07 NSMacOSRomanStringEncoding Exception

does anyone know how to cure this problem? Before I installed this latest JVM I read as much I could on similar problems past and beleived I had taken all the precausions but still got this error: java.io.UnsupportedEncodingException: NSMacOSRomanStringEncoding Iinstalled the international version ie. the multilingual version ir that is deemed as international, if not can someonelet me know where to get the proper international version as it has been said that there are issues that do cause this exception in the English version
