I've also found the "rapid turnaround" mode does not work either for
XCode 2 and WO developer 5.2.3 -- this is where you can edit your
WOComponents, do a refresh in your browser, and have changes appear.

It may not be supported but I installed Tiger, XCode 2, then
WO 5.2 and upgrades to 5.2.3, and it all works just fine. The
only issue (nothing to do with Tiger) is the location of the
documentation (but I elect to not install that anyway, so I don't
care), and how to fix that was well described in XCode 1.5 notes
(at least well enough for me to have it work as I expected it to
when I was using XCode 1.5)
