notification center notifications

Is there a consolidated list of what objects post what message to NSNotificationCenter by any chance? I'm curious to see if I can implement that entity cache "properly" and have it invalidate when the EOObjectStore posts an update to one of the EO's in it, but i need to track down what messages actually go out and if i can actually get notified of that event. Really, what I want is something equivalent to editingContext.objectForGlobalID but looking up with with a key other than the globalid.
