Thanks for the reply. It is a permissions problem. If I change
launchd params to launch as root, it launches.
FWIW, I changed ownership on the wotaskd.woa directory and all of its
children to appserver:appserverusr but that wasn't good enough. I
still have to launch as root. Obviously I'm missing something else
that needs permissions changes.
