Urgent: Problem Deploying

Hi, My development system crashed over the weekend and have just finished setting it back up. I have just uploaded a build to make sure the deployment is working fine, but have got a problem I cannot seem to solve.

Why is it looking for index.eomodeld? My EOModel file is called LightBox?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
