Hi!
What about 5.3 deployment on non-Mac OS X Server systems? Anything
new on that? Renting a linux machine on some hosting service is MUCH
CHEAPER than a Mac OS X Server one...

We seem to have vastly different views what "clarifies" means:)
It's a normal software license agreement. These documents tend to be
written that way, so you might want to grab a dictionary and just try
to cope with it.
I'm afraid this won't do. Normally you have something in plain
english on the website and this "license" crap is only the fine
print - in the case of shrink wrap not even enforceable in some
countries.
If you actually *do* want to sell something it might be a good idea
to give your customer a general idea as to what you are selling in
the first place. And you don't put phrases like this "Pay for
exhibit A before hassling us" on a "user" web page (that's why this
is CC'd again to email@hidden).
Just my two cents, Anjo
