re: Chapter 11 XML

Is there anyway when you can serialize an EO so that the relationship information is not serialized with it, unless explicitly told to do so?

I've been working w/ the samples from the book but it seems like I'm getting some really malformed XML b/c the EO that I'm serializing has a lot of relationships in the Data model.

I hope this question is not too general.

Thanks in advance

Jon
