I opted to do my own serialization of EO's because I was getting too
much stuff for other (non WO) consumers to swallow. Malcolm wrote an
excellent article you can find here:

I've been working w/ the samples from the book but it seems
like I'm getting some really malformed XML b/c the EO that I'm
serializing has a lot of relationships in the Data model.
