Application disappeared from Monitor (and thus is no longer working)

Greetings:

I have a wo 5.2 app (running under OS X Client 10.3) that seems to have major issues about once a year. This time, after a power outage, the application no longer appears in Monitor, and when I try to reconfigure it, it will not start in Monitor. Weird thing is, when I simply double click the .woa, it does run, but obviously not under monitor or properly deployed.

Is there a reason for this? The underlying database is running, wotaskd and Monitor are running, and nothing has been changed on the server in quite some time.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Andrew
